In the studio one menu, go to studio one>preferences>locations>vst plugins and verify that you have the correct directory added to the list of folders that the program scans at startup.
However, you may not need any additional plugins because the ones in the software are high quality. After recently purchasing studio one 4 artist i was horrified to find it doesn't support 3rd party vst's without purchasing an addon at over 70 euros. Or you can upgrade to studio one 4 pro which includes this functionality. Studio one’s compression and eq plugins have superb presets to help you get started and are very musical.
